Abstract
Un metodo de preparacion de una emulsion de agua en aceite, que comprende la obtencion de una mezcla de aceite y agente emulsionante, la adicion progresiva a la mezcla de una solucion acuosa de sal y la dispersion de la solucion acuosa de sal en la mezcla. Se obtiene una emulsion concentrada de agua en aceite con gotas de la solucion acuosa de sal (1) apretujadas en la fase de solucion oleosa (2). La emulsion se agrega a agua y se mezcla para que la emulsion absorba el agua. Se controla la concentracion de sal de la emulsion con respecto a la concentracion de sal del agua. La divulgacion incluye metodos de aglomeracion de particulas hicrofobas finas de una lechada con una emulsion de agua en aceite, donde la emulsion se agrega a la lechada y se mezcla para que la emulsion absorba el agua de la lechada. Se controla la concentracion de sal de la emulsion con respecto a la concentracion de sal de la lechada.
