Abstract
En la presente solicitud se describen métodos y composiciones para inactivar los genes de MHC, utilizando nucleasas de dedo de zinc (ZFN) que comprenden una proteína de dedo de zinc y un dominio de corte o semidominio de corte en condiciones capaces de conservar la viabilidad de la célula.
