Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la monitorización de unidades de accionamiento de una línea de montaje de carrocerías de automóviles, y a un dispositivo asociado. De acuerdo con la presente invención, se proporciona un método de monitorización de unidades de accionamiento para monitorizar una pluralidad de unidades de accionamiento en donde se accionan repetidamente las secciones de operación e inactivas, en donde el método de monitorización de unidades de accionamiento comprende los pasos de: almacenar, para cada unidad de accionamiento, como datos iniciales de las unidades de accionamiento, la información sobre la duración de tiempo de la sección de operación, una corriente máxima de la sección de operación, una corriente promedio de una sección de velocidad constante incluida en la sección de operación, y un área integral de corriente en cada subsección en que se divide la sección de operación, basándose en un valor de la corriente basado en el tiempo medido en un estado normal de la unidad de accionamiento; almacenar, como datos de observación para cada factor de monitorización, la información sobre la duración de tiempo de la sección de operación, la corriente máxima, la corriente promedio de la sección de velocidad constante, y el área integral de corriente en cada subsección, para cada sección de operación observada durante una operación de la unidad de accionamiento; y comparar individualmente cada pieza de la información de los datos de observación con un nivel de umbral previamente establecido correspondiente a cada pieza de la información de los datos iniciales, y proporcionar la información de monitorización de estado de las unidades de accionamiento, para cada factor de monitorización. De acuerdo con la presente invención, un estado operativo del equipo de una pluralidad de unidades de accionamiento colocado en un lugar remoto se compara con un estado normal inicial, de tal manera que se monitoriza un estado de la corriente para la pluralidad de unidades de accionamiento en tiempo real, y se diagnostican con anticipación los signos anormales y el mal funcionamiento, y se monitoriza y se diagnostica eficazmente una condición de numerosos equipos de unidades de accionamiento en un lugar remoto, a un costo menos caro que aquél de una técnica de diagnóstico de equipos convencional.
