Abstract
La presente invención trata sobre un método para la producción de un derivado de rapamicina de la formula (I), el método comprende la preparación de un 2- (sililo trisustituido) oxietilo triflato haciendo reaccionar el óxido de etileno y un triflato de sililo trisustituido, la reacion del 2- (sililo trisustituido) oxietilo triflato resultante con rapamicina en la presencia de un excedente molar de base orgánica, y desprotección para obtener el derivado de rapamicina del compuesto (I).
