Abstract

El aparato es configurable entre (a) un primer modo en el que el sustrato no está dispuesto en comunicación gaseosa con un material permeable a los gases, y (b) un segundo modo en el que el sustrato está dispuesto en comunicación gaseosa con un material permeable a los gases.
