Abstract

Se describen aparatos y métodos para una alerta de reanudación del tráfico para vehículos detenidos. Un ejemplo de vehículo descrito incluye una unidad de detección de colisión y un monitor de tráfico. El ejemplo de unidad de detección de colisión detecta un objeto en frente del vehículo. El ejemplo de monitor de tráfico rastrea la mirada de un conductor con una cámara cuando la transmisión del vehículo se encuentra en drive y la velocidad del vehículo es cero. Además, como respuesta a detectar que el objeto pasa de estar quieto a moverse y la mirada del conductor no se enfoca hacia adelante, el monitor de tráfico proporciona una alerta al conductor.
