Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso para la regeneración de un catalizador que comprende una zeolita que contiene titanio como material catalíticamente activo que comprende una etapa que comprende introducir un flujo de alimentación que comprende propeno, peróxido de hidrógeno o una fuente de peróxido de hidrógeno, y un solvente orgánico en el reactor, que contiene un catalizador que comprende la zeolita que contiene titanio, someter el flujo de alimentación en el reactor a condiciones de epoxidación en presencia del catalizador, eliminar un vapor de producto que comprende óxido de propileno y el solvente orgánico del reactor, detener la introducción del flujo de alimentación, lavar el catalizador con un sistema acuoso líquido y calcinar el catalizador lavado.
