Abstract
Una estructura de soldadura de una parte moldeada por presión de acuerdo con la presente invención es una estructura de soldadura de una parte moldeada por presión hecha al combinar y unir dos partes formadas por moldeo por presión y cada una tiene una porción de apertura en al menos un lado de una sección transversal, mientras que las porciones de apertura están una frente a la otra. Una porción escalonada 7 se proporciona al formar una proyección doblada 5 que sobresale hacia fuera en una porción de extremo final de una porción de pared lateral 3a de una parte lateral inferior 3, parcialmente o completamente en una superficie de unión. Un extremo de la punta de la porción escalonada 7 se ajusta dentro de la porción de apertura de una parte lateral superior 9, y la porción escalonada 7 de la parte lateral inferior 3 y el extremo de punta de una porción de pared lateral 9a de la parte lateral superior 9 se unen linealmente por soldadura por arco.
