Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato y un método para granallar un resorte helicoidal, y a un aparato y un método para granallado continuo de un resorte helicoidal, en el cual un resorte helicoidal gira y da vueltas al mismo tiempo durante el procesamiento de granallado para permitir un procesamiento más uniforme del resorte helicoidal, y un proceso de granallado y un proceso de preparación del mismo se realizan simultáneamente a través de la rotación simultánea de un alojamiento en una posición de procesamiento y un alojamiento en una posición de preparación, de tal forma que el aparato y el método de la invención requieren una configuración más simple y un espacio de trabajo más pequeño para un proceso de granallado que el de las técnicas anteriores, y se puede realizar el granallado de muchos resortes helicoidales en poco tiempo.
