Abstract

Un dispositivo (1) para orientar partes, particularmente para ser sujetadas por robots, medios de automatización y similares, que comprende un bastidor de soporte (2) que define una superficie de soporte (3) que soporta de manera giratoria un cojinete móvil (4) asociado con medios de motor (5) para su rotación alrededor de un eje de rotación (6) que es sustancialmente perpendicular a la superficie de soporte (3); también se proporcionan medios de visión artificial para el reconocimiento de las partes que serán recogidas y que están dispuestas en el cojinete móvil (4), y también se proporcionan medios de generación de pulsos (15) que están conectados con el bastidor de soporte (2) y que actúan sobre el cojinete móvil (4) en una manera precisa y localizada a lo largo de una línea de acción recta, que es sustancialmente perpendicular al cojinete móvil (4) para modificar la orientación de las partes que serán recogidas, de manera que se les permita ser recogidas por los robots, medios de automatización y similares; el dispositivo también comprende una ranura perimétrica definida en la superficie de soporte (3) en una manera tal que es radialmente externa al cojinete móvil (4), para la evacuación facilitada de las sustancias oleosas o suciedad que estén presentes en las partes que serán recogidas y posteriormente transferidas en el cojinete móvil (4) como consecuencia del movimiento de las partes que serán recogidas, por medio de los medios de generación de pulsos (15).
