Abstract

Un método de preparación de una composición de un aditivo para piensos, caracterizado porque comprende: (a) mezclar al menos una tripeptidil-peptidasa que tolera la prolina, que tiene predinantemente actividad exopeptidasa, donde la tripeptidil-peptidasa que tolera la prolina es capaz de escindir tripéptidos del N-terminal de péptidos que tienen (i) (A) prolina en P1; y (B) un aminoácido seleccionado de alanina, arginina, asparagina, ácido aspártico, cisteína, glutamina, ácido glutámico, glicina, histidina, isoleucina, leucina, lisina, metionina, fenilalanina, serina, treonina, triptófano, tirosina, valina o aminoácidos sintéticos en P1; o (ii) (a´) prolina en P1´; y (b´) un aminoácido seleccionado de alanina, arginina, asparagina, ácidoaspártico, cisteína, glutamina, ácido glutámico, glicina, hiitidna, isoleucina, leucina, lisina, metionina, fenilalanina, serina, treonina, triotófano, tirosina, valina o aminoácidos sintéticos o aminas en P1´; y uno o más ingredientes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en una sal, poliol incluyendo sorbitol y glicerol, trigo o un componente del trigo, acetato de sodio, acetato de sodio trihidratado, sorbato de potasio, talco, alcohol polivinílico (PVA), benzoato, sorbiato, 1,3-proponodiol, glucosa, parabenos, cloruro de sodio, citrato, metabisulfito, formiato o una combinación de los mismos; y (b) opcionalmente envasarlos, así como usus de las tripeptidil-peptidasas que toleran la prolina, composiciones de un aditivo para piensos, kits de aditivo para piensos, piensos o materiales de pienso y/o premezclas.
