Abstract
La presente se refiere a una variante de aminotransferasa de aminoácidos de cadena ramificada y a un procedimiento de producción de leucina usando la misma. Reivindicación 1: Una variante de aminotransferasa de aminoácidos de cadena ramificada, en la que un aminoácido valina (V) en la posición 156 de un extremo N-terminal de una secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NÚM.: 1 está sustituido con otro aminoácido. Reivindicación 2: La variante de aminotransferasa de aminoácidos de cadena ramificada de la reivindicación 1, en la que la valina en la posición 156 está sustituida con alanina.
