Abstract
Lo descrito en este documento es un producto de confitería que comprende una cubierta y un relleno almacenado dentro de dicha cubierta, en donde dicha cubierta está formada al menos en una parte por una oblea. El producto está caracterizado en que la oblea es obtenida comenzando a partir de una MASA O pasta que contiene polvo de cacao y en que la superficie externa de dicha oblea tiene un valor de brillo más alto que o igual a brillo 20, medido en un ángulo de lectura de 8° con un instrumento con geometría d/8°.
