é descrito, no presente documento, um produto de confeitaria que compreende uma casca e um recheio alojado dentro da dita casca, em que a dita casca é formada, pelo menos em parte, pelo alimento do tipo wafer. o produto se distingue pelo fato de que o alimento do tipo wafer é obtido partindo de uma massa que contém pó de cacau, e em que a superfície externa do dito alimento do tipo wafer tem um valor de lustre mais alto ou igual a 20 de brilho, medido em um ângulo de leitura de 8° com um instrumento com geometria d/8°.
