Abstract
Un sistema que indica la presencia o ausencia de microorganismos en productos alimentarios fluidos. El sistema tiene una botella para recibir la muestra que se va a analizar. La botella tiene un sensor que monitorizará y detectará los cambios en al menos un parámetro de la muestra, pero sin aditivos que contienen nutrientes que dan soporte al crecimiento microbiano. La botella se coloca en una incubadora y el sensor en la botella se monitoriza para detector cambios. La incubadora se programa de modo que, si el sensor detecta que el valor del parámetro monitorizado ha alcanzado un determinado valor, se determina que la muestra es positiva para el crecimiento microbiano.
