Claims (14)
- 食品の汚染を試験するためのシステムにおいて、
培養器内において用いられるように構成された試料容器であって、前記試料容器内に配置された試料を監視するようになっている、試料容器と、
前記試料容器内に配置されたセンサであって、前記センサは、前記試料が前記培養器内において加熱されているときに前記試料の少なくとも1つのパラメータを監視するように構成されており、前記パラメータは、前記試料内における微生物成長に応じて変化する状態であり、前記センサは、前記試料が前記試料容器内に導かれたときに前記センサが前記試料に接触するように、前記試料容器内に位置決めされており、
前記システムは、前記監視されるパラメータの所定値によってプログラム化されており、前記所定値は、前記試料内の微生物生長を表している、センサと、
前記試料を受け入れるための前記培養器内の貯蔵部分と、
前記培養器内における前記試料の培養中に前記センサの変化を監視するための検出器と、
を備え、
前記試料容器は、微生物生長のための栄養素を含むどのような添加物も含んでいないことを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記監視されるパラメータは、二酸化炭素濃度、酸素濃度、およびpHからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料は、液体試料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料は、ミルクであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記培養温度は、約30℃から約38℃の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料容器の容積は、少なくとも約10mLであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試料の体積は、少なくとも約10mLであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 食品試料の微生物汚染を試験するための方法において、
検査下にある市販の包装試料から試験試料を取り出すことと、
液状の前記試験試料を、センサを有する無菌の試料容器内に導くことであって、前記センサは、前記試験試料内における微生物生長に関連するパラメータを監視するようになっており、前記センサは、後続の培養中に前記試験試料に接触するように、前記試料容器内に配置されている、ことと、
前記センサを監視しながら、前記試験試料を約30℃から約38℃の間の温度で培養することと、
前記センサからの信号を監視し、もし前記センサからの監視された信号が微生物生長に関連する所定値であったなら、前記試料が微生物生長に関して陽性であるという信号を発することと、
を含み、
前記試験試料が導かれる前記試料容器は、微生物生長を支援するどのような栄養素も含んでいないことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記監視されるパラメータは、二酸化炭素濃度、酸素濃度、およびpHからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記試験試料は、液体食品の液体試験試料または液化された固体食品試料であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記液体食品は、ミルクであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記培養温度は、約35℃であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記試料容器の容積は、少なくとも約10mLであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記試験試料の体積は、少なくとも約10mLであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
