Abstract
La presente invención se refiere en general al campo del análisis, por ejemplo, al análisis biológico. Más concretamente, la presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de detección de por lo menos un microorganismo presente en una muestra colocada en un recipiente cerrado, comprendiendo esencialmente dicho procedimiento las siguientes etapas:a) Colocar dicha muestra en contacto en el recipiente con por lo menos un medio de cultivo y un soporte capaz de capturar el microorganismo o los microorganismos a detectar,b) Cerrar el recipiente,c) Colocar el recipiente en condiciones capaces de permitir el crecimiento del microorganismo o de los microorganismos,d) Detectar, dentro de dicho recipiente cerrado, utilizando un medio de detección, la presencia del microorganismo o de los microorganismos fijados sobre el soporte de captura.
