Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de 4-hidroxi-4-metiltetrahidropiranos 2-sustituidos a partir de la reacción catalizada con ácido de 3-metilbut-3-en-1-oI con un aldehído, logrando una calidad odorífera estable y evitando malos olores que interfieren con la sensación odorífera.
