Abstract

Un método para sintetizar pequeños cristales de tamices moleculares de silicoaluminofosfato-34 (SAPO-34) con alta pureza estructural. El método de la invención comprende formar una primera suspensión y una segunda suspensión que se envejecen por separado para formar una primera suspensión envejecida y una segunda suspensión envejecida. La primera suspensión incluye una primera fuente de fósforo, una primera fuente de aluminio, una primera fuente de silicio, y al menos un primer agente director de estructura orgánica. La segunda suspensión incluye una segunda fuente de fósforo, una segunda fuente de aluminio, una segunda fuente de silicio, y al menos un segundo agente director de estructura orgánica. Después, la primera suspensión envejecida y la segunda suspensión envejecida se combinan para formar una mezcla de suspensiones envejecidas.
