Abstract

Se describe una composición acrílica curable, una cinta acrílica, un rodillo de caucho acrílico y un método para preparar el rodillo de caucho acrílico. La composición acrílica contiene acrilato de 2-etilhexilo al 50-77 % en peso, ácido acrílico al 2-10 % en peso, 2-hidroxietilacrilato al 20-40 en peso, agente de curado al 0.1-0.5 en peso y fotoiniciador a1 0.1-0.2 % en peso. El rodillo de caucho acrílico formado con la composición acrílica puede recuperar su viscosidad si se lava directamente con agua limpia sin productos de limpieza, y está caracterizado por una excelente capacidad de limpieza y lavado.
