Abstract

Compuestos de la forma (ver Fórmula) en la cual Q se selecciona entre -CH=NR12,-W, -CH2NHR13, -CH=O y -CH(OR17)2 capaces de modular la actividad de histona desmetilasas (HDME), las cuales son útiles para la prevención y/o el tratamiento de enfermedades en donde la desregulación genómica está involucrada en la patogénesis, tal como por ej. cáncer y formulaciones y métodos de uso de dichos compuestos.
