Abstract
Un método para formar un objeto tridimensional, se lleva a cabo al (a) proporcionar un portador y una placa de construcción, la placa de construcción comprende un miembro semipermeable, el miembro semipermeable comprende una superficie de construcción con la superficie de construcción y el portador definiendo una región de construcción entre los mismos, y con la superficie de construcción en comunicación fluida por medio del miembro semipermeable con una fuente de inhibidor de polimerización; (b) llenar la región de construcción con un líquido polimerizable, el líquido polimerizable haciendo contacto con la superficie de construcción, (c) irradiar la región de construcción a través de la placa de construcción para producir una región polimerizada sólida en la región de construcción, mientras forma o mantiene una capa de liberación de película líquida compuesta por el líquido polimerizable formado entre la región polimerizada sólida y la superficie de construcción, en donde la polimerización de la película líquida se inhibe por el inhibidor de polimerización; y (d) hacer avanzar el portador con la región polimerizada adherida al mismo lejos de la superficie de construcción en la placa de construcción para crear una región de construcción subsiguiente entre la región polimerizada y la superficie de construcción mientras llena al mismo tiempo la región de construcción subsiguiente con líquido polimerizable como en el paso (b); también se describe el aparato para llevar a cabo el método.
