Abstract

Un sistema de engranaje de onda de deformación (100) incluye conjuntos primero y segundo de cojinetes de bola (80, 82) localizados junto a una brida (84) y una placa de retención (88) localizada con una salida (54) y un disco plano orientado radialmente (74) de la entrada incluyendo un alivio de deformación (76). El alivio de deformación (76) es una ranura helicoidal en un acoplamiento (70) localizado radialmente dentro del generador de ondas (94) y el engranaje anular (22). El engranaje anular (22) es sellado por un sistema de sellado que incluye un sellante (42) forzado por una protuberancia (34) de la tapa (24) que entra en la cavidad (36) a través de un canal (40) en un volumen de alivio (38) del alojamiento (12). El cojinete (58) que monta de forma rotatoria el alojamiento (12) a la salida (54) está lubricado mediante un sistema de lubricación que incluye émbolos (110) recibido de forma roscada en perforaciones axiales (10'2) intersectados con las perforaciones radiales (104) en comunicación con los orificios radiales (47) del cojinete (48).
