本发明涉及一种双层无渗漏端盖,包括法兰端盖和封板,法兰端盖的下端同轴设有一密封穿接减速机输出轴或输入轴的密封筒和一密封定位卡接减速机箱体的密封卡环,密封筒内壁设有与减速机输出轴或输入轴密封配合的多道密封槽,法兰端盖内壁中部设有一圈集油槽,法兰端盖内设有回油通道,集油槽经回油通道连通至密封筒和密封卡环之间的空腔;法兰端盖的上端设有密封台阶,密封台阶上设置油封,封板封接在法兰端盖的上端且压紧油封在密封台阶上。其结构简单,能有效防止润滑油随输出轴由端盖渗漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机用端盖,具体说是一种双层无渗漏端盖。
背景技术
减速机内齿轮、轴承的润滑直接关系到其使用寿命,轴承润滑后的润滑油通常通过输出轴透盖渗漏,即便增设多道密封或油封,长期传动输出后,易导致密封损坏渗漏润滑油。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效防止润滑油随输出轴由端盖渗漏的双层无渗漏端盖。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种双层无渗漏端盖,其包括法兰端盖和封板,法兰端盖的下端同轴设有一密封穿接减速机输出轴或输入轴的密封筒和一密封定位卡接减速机箱体的密封卡环,密封筒内壁设有与减速机输出轴或输入轴密封配合的多道密封槽,法兰端盖内壁中部设有一圈集油槽,法兰端盖内设有回油通道,集油槽经回油通道连通至密封筒和密封卡环之间的空腔;法兰端盖的上端设有密封台阶,密封台阶上设置油封,封板封接在法兰端盖的上端且压紧油封在密封台阶上。
进一步地,所述封板上设有透盖孔。
再进一步地,所述多道密封槽呈迷宫式设置。
   采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:使用于减速机上时,法兰端盖下端的密封筒穿接于输出轴或输入轴上,密封筒内壁的迷宫式多道密封槽密封,密封卡环对应减速机箱体轴承座孔定位安装,轴承润滑后润滑油由迷宫式多道密封槽密封实现密封,少量润滑油渗漏至集油槽内,由集油槽经回油通道回至轴承、密封卡环和密封筒外壁构成的空腔内,减少沿输出轴或输入轴向外渗漏的润滑油量;法兰端盖上端密封台阶的油封经封板压紧,能将进一步提高输出轴或输入轴于端盖整体之间的密封性能,杜绝由输出轴或输入轴经端盖渗漏,提高密封性能。封板上无孔或有透盖孔可适用于闷盖或透盖使用。

图1所示:一种双层无渗漏端盖其包括法兰端盖1、封板2和油封9,法兰端盖1的下端同轴设有一密封穿接减速机输出轴或输入轴的密封筒3和一密封定位卡接减速机箱体的密封卡环4,密封筒3内壁设有与减速机输出轴或输入轴密封配合的多道密封槽5,多道密封槽呈迷宫式设置,法兰端盖1内壁中部设有一圈集油槽6,法兰端盖1内设有回油通道7,集油槽6经回油通道7连通至密封筒和密封卡环之间的空腔;法兰端盖1的上端设有密封台阶8,密封台阶8上设置油封9,封板2封接在法兰端盖的上端且压紧油封在密封台阶上。
图2所示,在使用时,密封筒3密封穿接于输出轴10上,密封卡环4对应减速机箱体12轴承座孔定位安装,轴承座孔内轴承与密封卡环、密封筒外壁构成的空腔13,润滑油经轴承润滑后送至集油槽6,再通过回油通道7返回空腔13,输出轴10由封板2透盖孔穿出,封板2压紧油封9在密封台阶8进一步密封输出轴,杜绝输出轴经端盖渗漏润滑油。

1.一种双层无渗漏端盖,其特征在于:包括法兰端盖和封板,法兰端盖的下端同轴设有一密封穿接减速机输出轴或输入轴的密封筒和一密封定位卡接减速机箱体的密封卡环,密封筒内壁设有与减速机输出轴或输入轴密封配合的多道密封槽,法兰端盖内壁中部设有一圈集油槽,法兰端盖内设有回油通道,集油槽经回油通道连通至密封筒和密封卡环之间的空腔;法兰端盖的上端设有密封台阶,密封台阶上设置油封,封板封接在法兰端盖的上端且压紧油封在密封台阶上。
