Abstract

本发明涉及一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,减速传动机构的输出轴朝下穿过透盖经轴承支撑于箱体内,所述透盖内端面设有空腔,空腔连通轴承。所述透盖包括盖壳、内筒和盖座,盖座连接于箱体底端,盖座中心连接内筒,输出轴密封穿接于内筒内,盖座外封装盖壳,盖壳、盖座和内筒外壁围成空腔,空腔经盖座上通孔连通轴承。输出轴支撑轴承润滑后,向透盖方向甩油进入空腔,润滑油积蓄在空腔内,通过油泵向箱体内减速传动机构供油循环;挡油帽能将轴承甩出的润滑油挡下并进入空腔内,挡油环伸入挡油帽内能有效积蓄润滑油在空腔内,确保润滑油的返回润滑,避免润滑油甩至输出轴经透盖渗漏,提高防漏性能。

本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种防漏油轧机联合减速机。
背景技术
减速机内齿轮、轴承的润滑直接关系到其使用寿命,而润滑后的润滑油通常积蓄在箱体底部,对于底部传动输出的轧机减速机而言,润滑油通过输出轴透盖渗漏现象严重,即便增设多道密封,长期传动输出后,易导致密封损坏渗漏润滑油。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效疏导润滑油积蓄,防止渗漏的防漏油轧机联合减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,减速传动机构的输出轴朝下穿过透盖经轴承支撑于箱体内,所述透盖内端面设有空腔,空腔连通轴承。
进一步地,所述透盖包括盖壳、内筒和盖座,盖座连接于箱体底端,盖座中心连接内筒,输出轴密封穿接于内筒内,盖座外封装盖壳,盖壳、盖座和内筒外壁围成空腔,空腔经盖座上通孔连通轴承。
进一步地,所述内筒外壁上穿接有对应通孔下方设置朝下的挡油帽,所述盖壳内端面上设有一圈挡油环,挡油环的顶端伸入挡油帽内。
再进一步地,所述空腔经油泵向箱体内减速传动机构供油循环。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:润滑油对减速机的减速传动机构润滑,润滑油积蓄箱体底部,对底部输出的输出轴支撑轴承进行润滑后,向透盖方向甩油进入空腔,润滑油积蓄在空腔内,通过油泵向箱体内减速传动机构供油循环,能有效疏导润滑油积蓄,避免由透盖渗漏;透盖的挡油帽能将轴承甩出的润滑油挡下并进入空腔内,挡油环伸入挡油帽内能有效积蓄润滑油在空腔内,润滑油在空腔内稳定积蓄,确保润滑油的返回润滑,同时避免润滑油甩至输出轴经透盖渗漏,进一步提高防漏性能。

图1、2中:一种防漏油轧机联合减速机包括箱体1和减速传动机构2,减速传动机构2的输出轴3朝下穿过透盖5经轴承4支撑于箱体内,透盖5内端面设有空腔10,空腔10连通轴承4。透盖5包括盖壳9、内筒7和盖座6,盖座6连接于箱体1底端,盖座6中心连接内筒7,输出轴3密封穿接于内筒7内,盖座6外封装盖壳9,盖壳、盖座和内筒外壁围成空腔10,空腔10经盖座6上通孔连通轴承4;内筒7外壁上穿接有对应通孔下方设置朝下的挡油帽8,盖壳9内端面上设有一圈挡油环11,挡油环的顶端伸入挡油帽内。空腔经油泵向箱体内减速传动机构供油循环或设有放油塞定期排放润滑油。

1.一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,包括箱体和减速传动机构,减速传动机构的输出轴朝下穿过透盖经轴承支撑于箱体内,其特征在于:所述透盖内端面设有空腔,空腔连通轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,其特征是:所述透盖包括盖壳、内筒和盖座,盖座连接于箱体底端,盖座中心连接内筒,输出轴密封穿接于内筒内,盖座外封装盖壳,盖壳、盖座和内筒外壁围成空腔,空腔经盖座上通孔连通轴承。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,其特征是:所述内筒外壁上穿接有对应通孔下方设置朝下的挡油帽,所述盖壳内端面上设有一圈挡油环,挡油环的顶端伸入挡油帽内。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种防漏油轧机联合减速机,其特征是:所述空腔经油泵向箱体内减速传动机构供油循环。
