Abstract
La invención se refiere a un recubrimiento lubricante para un recipiente médico que comprende una composición lubricante reticulada que comprende una mezcla de una silicona no reactiva con silicona reactiva, caracterizada además porque la silicona reactiva comprende una mezcla de silicona a base de vinilo y silicona a base de acrilato. La invención además libera una composición lubricante utilizable como un producto intermedio en la fabricación de un recubrimiento lubricante. La invención además se refiere a un recipiente médico que comprende un cilindro y un tope en acoplamiento de deslizamiento dentro del barril, comprendiendo dicho recubrimiento lubricante. La invención también se refiere a un proceso para manufacturar un recipiente médico que comprende un cilindro y un tope en acoplamiento de deslizamiento dentro del cilindro, que comprende los pasos de: -depositar una composición lubricante como se definió sobre una superficie interna del barril y/o en el tope, y - llevar a cabo la irradiación del cilindro recubierto y/o tope para reticular la composición lubricante para formar un recubrimiento lubricante.
