Abstract
Se describen un método y un dispositivo para separación por fractura de una pieza de trabajo y una pieza de trabajo separada por fractura por el método de acuerdo con la invención o con el dispositivo de acuerdo con la invención. De acuerdo a la invención, a una distancia desde una muesca de separación por fractura se forma al menos una muesca dirección de fractura, que juega una parte al determinar la ruta seguida por el plano de separación por fractura. El dispositivo para separación por fractura de la pieza de trabajo tiene una unidad láser para formar la muesca de separación por fractura y una unidad de maquinada mecánico para formar la muesca de dirección de fractura.
