Abstract
Un proceso para producir una espuma de poliuretano retardadora de llama con densidad de 5 a 50 g/L, mezclando (a) poliisocianato orgánico con (b) compuestos poliméricos que tienen por lo menos dos átomos de hidrógeno reactivos hacia isocianatos, (c) opcionalmente extensor de cadena y/o agente entrelazador, (d) retardador de llama, (e) agente de expansión, (f) catalizadores, y opcionalmente (g) auxiliar y aditivos para dar una mezcla de reacción y permitir que dicha mezcla de reacción reaccione por completo, en donde el retardador de llama (d) comprende grafito expandible y retardador de llamade organofósforo oligomérico. La presente invención además se refiere a una espuma de poliuretano retardadora de llama que puede ser producida por un proceso de la invención, y también al uso de esta espuma en vehículos para aislamiento acústico.
