Abstract

La invención se refiere en un primer aspecto a un proceso para producir una espuma de poliuretano, que comprende la reacción de (a) una composición de isocianato que comprende al menos un poliisocianato a base de diisocianato de difenilmetano; (b) una mezcla de poliol, en donde la mezcla de poliol comprende (b1) 50% a 85% en peso de al menos un poliol de poliéter que tiene un valor de hidroxilo en el rango de 10 a 60 mg de KOH/g, una funcionalidad OH de más de 2, y una proporción de óxido de etileno en el rango de 50% a 100% en peso en función del contenido de óxido de alquileno del al menos un poliol de poliéter, y (b2) 15% a 50% en peso de al menos un poliol de poliéter que tiene un valor de hidroxilo en el rango de 10 a 100 mg KOH/g, una funcionalidad OH de más de 2, una proporción de óxido de etileno en el rango de 2% a 30% en peso en función del contenido de óxido de alquileno del al menos un poliol de poliéter, y una proporción de grupos OH primarios de 40 a 100% en función de la cantidad total de los grupos OH en el al menos un poliol de poliéter, en cada caso en función de la cantidad total en peso de los Constituyentes (b1) y (b2), que suma hasta 100% en peso, y (b3) 0 a 20 partes adicionales en peso de un agente de relleno opcionalmente derivatizado, en función de 100 partes en peso de los Componentes (b1) y (b2), opcionalmente presente como un constituyente de un poliol de injerto en función de uno o más de los Componentes (b1) y (b2); (c) una composición de agente de soplado que comprende agua; en donde la reacción emplea la composición de agente de soplado (c) en una relación basada en el peso del peso de composición de agente de soplado (c) con respecto al peso total de todos los compuestos reactivos con isocianato usados en la reacción en el rango de 1:14 a 1:6; en donde una espuma de poliuretano que tiene una densidad de espuma, determinada de acuerdo con DIN EN ISO 845 (octubre de 2009), de no más de 25 kg/m3 y se obtiene una rigidez de compresión, determinada a 40% de compresión en la primera compresión de acuerdo con DIN EN ISO 3386-1 (octubre de 2015), en el rango de 10 a 80 kPa. En un segundo aspecto, la invención se refiere a una espuma de poliuretano obtenida o que se puede obtener mediante el proceso del primer aspecto. Un tercer aspecto de la invención se refiere al uso de una espuma de poliuretano de acuerdo con el segundo aspecto como un material de absorción acústica. De acuerdo con un cuarto aspecto, la invención se refiere a un material de absorción acústica que comprende una espuma de poliuretano de acuerdo con el segundo aspecto, que consiste preferentemente en una espuma de poliuretano de acuerdo con el segundo aspecto. Un quinto aspecto de la invención se refiere al uso de una mezcla de poliol (b) que comprende (b1), (b2) y (b3) como se definió en el primer aspecto, para la producción de una espuma de poliuretano.
