Abstract

Esta placa de acero tiene una estructura de acero obtenida remojando durante un tiempo de 15 - 35 segundos inclusive en la región de temperatura de dos fases, que por lo menos es la temperatura de Ac1 y menor de la temperatura de Ac3, luego llevando a cabo el enfriamiento primario dentro de tres segundos a la región de temperatura de 250-380°C inclusiva a una velocidad de enfriamiento de 0.5 - 30°C/segundos inclusive y después del enfriamiento primario, manteniendo durante 180 - 540 segundos inclusive en la región de temperatura de 260 - 370°C inclusive. La placa de acero tiene una relación de rendimiento no mayor a 65% y una resistencia a la tensión de por lo menos 590 MPa.
