Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para preparar una composición aromática pulverulenta con una temperatura de fusión Tf, que incluye: i) alimentar al menos dos sólidos en polvo básicos que poseen propiedades organolépticas a una mezcladora, cuyo compartimento ha sido precalentado hasta una temperatura T inferior a Tf, siendo dichos sólidos alimentados por separado a dicha mezcladora; ii) mezclar dichos sólidos en dicha mezcladora, en ausencia de cualquier fase líquida externa, a una temperatura T inferior a la temperatura Tf, siendo al menos uno de dichos sólidos en polvo básicos alimentado a dicha mezcladora a una temperatura Ti, de modo que la mezcla se produzca en condiciones isotérmicas a una temperatura ajustada a dicha temperatura T; y iii) recuperar dicha composición aromática pulverulenta. Dicho método es particularmente adecuado para preparar una composición que incluya esencialmente un compuesto de vanilina y etilvanilina.
