Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de poliolétercarbonatos a partir de uno o más compuestos iniciadores con funcionalidad H, uno o más óxidos de alquileno y dióxido de carbono en presencia de un catalizador de cianuro de metal doble, en el que (a) la sustancia iniciadora con funcionalidad H o una mezcla de al menos dos sustancias iniciadoras con funcionalidad H se introduce inicialmente en el recipiente de reacción, (ß) para la activación, una cantidad parcial (basada en la cantidad total de la cantidad de óxidos de alquileno empleados en las etapas ()ß y (?)) de uno o más óxidos de alquileno se añade a la mezcla resultante de la etapa (a), siento también posible que la etapa (ß) se lleve a cabo varias veces para la activación, (?) uno o más óxidos de alquileno y dióxido de carbono se dosifican continuamente en la mezcla resultante de la etapa (ß) ("copolimerización"), siendo los óxidos de alquileno empleados para la copolimerización idénticos a, o diferentes de los óxidos de alquileno empleados en la etapa (ß), caracterizado porque en la etapa (?) el dióxido de carbono pasa a la mezcla (i) gasificando la mezcla de reacción en el reactor desde el fondo, (ii) usando un agitador de varilla hueca, (iii) por una combinación de las operaciones de dosificación según (i) y (u), y/o (iv) gasificando sobre la superficie del líquido usando unidades de agitador configuradas en varias etapas.
