Abstract
Se describen métodos para producir en una planta un locus de rasgo transgénico complejo que comprende por lo menos dos secuencias objetivo alteradas en una región genómica de interés. Los métodos involucran el uso de dos o más agentes de inducción de ruptura de doble hebra, cada uno de los cuales puede causar una ruptura de doble hebra en una secuencia objetivo en la región genómica de interés que da por resultado una alteración en la secuencia objetivo. También se describen loci de rasgo transgénico complejo en plantas. Un locus de rasgo transgénico complejo comprende por lo menos dos secuencias objetivo alteradas que se enlazan genéticamente a un polinucleótido de interés. También se describen plantas, células de planta, partes de planta y semillas que comprenden uno o más loci de rasgo transgénico complejo.
