Abstract
Se revelan métodos para producir en una planta un locus de rasgos transgénicos complejo que comprende al menos dos secuencias blanco alteradas en una región genómica de interés. Los métodos comprenden el uso de dos o más agentes de inducción de rotura bicatenaria, cada uno de los cuales puede provocar una rotura bicatenaria en una secuencia blanco en la región genómica de interés que provoca una alteración en la secuencia blanco. Asimismo se revelan loci de rasgos transgénicos complejos en plantas. Un locus de rasgos transgénicos complejo comprende por lo menos dos secuencias blanco alteradas que están genéticamente unidas a un polinucleótido de interés. Asimismo se revelan plantas, células de plantas, partes de plantas, y semillas que comprenden uno o más loci de rasgos transgénicos complejos.
