Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a obtenção de arroz resistente a glifosato através de uma substituição de nucleotídeo dire-cionada ao sítio, que compreende as seguintes etapas: apenas a substituição de treonina (t) na posição 8 da sequência de aminoácido de uma região conservada da proteína epsps endógena de uma planta alvo por isoleucina (i), e a substituição de prolina (p) na posição 12 por serina (s) para obter uma planta, isto é, uma planta resistente ao glifosato. é fornecido um método capaz de gerar uma substituição de nucleotídeo direcionada ao sítio e uma substituição de fragmento utilizando uma via de nhej mediada por crispr para substituir uma região entre dois sítios de grna através da concepção dos dois sítios de grna.
