Abstract

Bu buluş, tohum ve organ büyüklüğünü kontrol etmek için DA1 ile sinerjik olarak hareket eden bir bitki E3 ubikuitin ligazıyla (burada DA2 olarak bahsedilmektedir) ilgilidir. DA1 ekspresyonu veya aktivitesi eksik bir bitkide DA2 ekspresyonu veya aktivitesinin azaltılmasını içeren ve bitki verimini artırmayı amaçlayan yöntemler sunulmaktadır. Verimi artmış bitkiler ve bu bitkileri üretme yöntemleri de sunulmaktadır.
