Abstract

Un aparato de tratamiento por vapor a presión (1) de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye una cámara de tratamiento por vapor a presión (10) y dos cámaras de sellado laberíntico (20). Las cámaras de sellado laberíntico (31, 33) están dispuestas respectivamente en una entrada para haces de fibras y en una salida para haces de fibras del aparato de tratamiento por vapor a presión (1), que tiene una ruta de ejecución para el haz de fibras en dirección horizontal y tiene varias boquillas laberínticas (24) en la parte superior e inferior de la ruta de ejecución. La diferencia (?H) entre un valor máximo y un valor mínimo de la distancia en dirección perpendicular de las boquillas laberínticas laterales superiores e inferiores (24), de un par de boquillas laberínticas (24) opuestas es de 0.5 mm o menos cuando la temperatura ambiente de la cámara de sellado laberíntico sea de 140°C. Esta estructura garantiza que se reduzca el costo energético necesario debido a las fugas del vapor a presión, se impida la deformación del aparato, se impida la deformación del aparato y, además, es impidan el aumento de la pelusa en el haz de fibras y su rotura, todo al mismo tiempo.
