Abstract

La invención se relaciona a un método para producir preimpregnaciones de poliuretano estables a almacenamiento y a partes moldeadas producidas a partir de las mismas (componentes compuestos). Con el fin de producir las preimpregnaciones o componentes, monómeros de (met)acrilato, polímeros de (met)acrilato, monómeros de (met)acrilato hidroxifuncionalizados, y/o polímeros de (met)acrilato hidroxifuncionalizados son mezclados con materiales de uretdiona y adicionalmente con aminas aromáticas que aceleran la polimerización radical. La mezcla o solución es aplicada a material de fibra, como fibras de carbono, fibras de vidrio, o fibras de polímero, de acuerdo a métodos conocidos y polimerizados con la ayuda de iniciadores, como peróxido de dibenzoilo, en temperatura ambiente o en temperaturas supeiores. En lugar de una aceleración de amina y subsecuente curación por medio de iniciadores, otros sistemas de endurecimiento de temperatura ambiente conocidos como sistemas de permaleinato pueden ser usados. Después de la polimerización por ejemplo en temperatura ambiente o hasta 800C, termoplásticos o preimpregnaciones termoplásticas se originan, los cuales pueden ser conformados subsecuentemente. Los componentes de acrilato hidroxifuncionalizados pueden entonces ser reticulados con las uretdionas ya presentes en el sistema por medio de temperatura incrementada. En esta forma, pueden ser producidos componentes compuestos termoestables o reticulados dimensionalmente estables.
