Abstract
Se presente un método para dorar un carbohidrato o su derivado, por ejemplo, un sucrosa - 6 - éster en las posiciones 4,1', y 6', con remoción irreversible de HCI formado durante la reacción para formar el carbohidrato o su derivado dorado, por ejemplo, un 4,1',6' - tricloro - 4,1',6' - trideoxi - 6 - O - éster de galactosucrosa (TGS-6E).
