Abstract

En un método para producir partes fundidas a presión a partir de una aleación de aluminio, la aleación de aluminio se expone a elevadas fuerzas de desgarre en una máquina de mezclado y amasado (30) que tiene un alojamiento (31) que tiene una cámara de trabajo (34) encerrada por una camisa interna de alojamiento (32) y un eje de transmisión helicoidal (36), el cual gira alrededor de un eje longitudinal (x) y se mueve hacia el frente y hacia atrás en una manera traslacional a lo largo del eje longitudinal (x) en la camisa interna de alojamiento (32) y la cual está provista con cuchillas de amasado (38) , y que tiene terminales de amasado (38) , las cuales se sujetan a la camisa interna de alojamiento (32) y que sobresalen hacia la cámara de trabajo (34) en donde se alimenta la aleación de aluminio líquido en la cámara de trabajo (34) en un extremo del alojamiento (31) y se retira de la cámara de trabajo (34) como una aleación de aluminio parcialmente solidificada que tiene una fracción sólida específica en el otro extremo del alojamiento (31) , se transfiere hacia una cámara de llenado (12) de una máquina de fundición a presión (10) y se empuja hacia un molde por medio de un pistón (20), en donde la fracción sólida de la aleación de aluminio se ajusta a la fracción sólida especificada en la cámara de trabajo (34) mediante enfriamiento y calentamiento específicos de la cámara de trabajo (34).
