Abstract

Il metodo include una fase di preriscaldo di masselli reocolati in una lega leggera ad una temperatura compresa nell'intervallo di solidificazione della lega, ed una fase di pressocolata in cui uno stampo viene riempito con il metallo semiliquido; la fase di preriscaldo è eseguita all'interno di un forno a tunnel con riscaldamento per convezione forzata e con i masselli alloggiati in contenitori a tazza, che vengono poi rovesciati da un robot, previo controllo della temperatura, in una camera di iniezione di una macchina per pressocolata; si opera in un intervallo di temperatura dipendente dalla composizione della lega e tale che alla temperatura minima ammissibile per l'iniezione il massello non è comunque in grado di mantenere la forma propria e che alla temperatura massima ammissibile la viscosità apparente del massello è tale da garantire comunque il riempimento dello stampo in regime laminare.(Figure 1 e 6).
