Abstract

Procedimento per ottenere, mediante colata allo stato semiliquido, masselli adatti alla produzione di getti pressocolati ad alte prestazioni meccaniche, in cui una lega metallica in pani, eventualmente addizionata di particelle ceramiche, viene portata allo stato fuso in un forno fusorio, trasferita in una siviera, degasata, immessa in un forno pressurizzato e colata da questo allo stato semiliquido facendola passare in fase di solidificazione ed in stato di moto laminare all'interno di un miscelatore statico, all'uscita dal quale il materiale reocolato viene raccolto in regime laminare, eventualmente con l'interposizione di un bacino di raccolta conformato a sifone e sotto una cappa di gas protettivo, attraverso una matrice metallica refrigerata e solidificato in forma di una singola billetta; questa viene poi guidata da rulli ad una sega che la taglia in spezzoni, ottenendo successivamente masselli di desiderati peso e dimensioni.(Figure 2 e 3)
