Abstract

La presente invención propone buscar más compuestos variantes que posean la actividad agonista de CaSR deseada y para encontrar de esta manera una sustancia capaz de impartir un kokumi a un alimento, que muestre un efecto para impartir kokumi más excelente, en particular, un efecto para impartir kokumi del tipo para impartir sabor medio/posterior, que sea excelente en estabilidad y que tenga un título alto y más específicamente la presente invención tiene una intención de proporcionar un agente para impartir kokumi que consiste de tal sustancia así como también un agente para impartir kokumi complejo que comprende la sustancia y otras sustancias cada una que posee una actividad agonista de CaSR.
