Abstract

Proceso para remover pesticidas de extractos de Gínkgo bioba, que comprende someter un extracto obtenido por métodos convencionales a los siguientes pasos: a. extracción de líquido-líquido del extracto para obtener una fracción de polaridad media que contiene terpenos de ginkgo y pesticidas que no se remueven con hexano, y una fracción de polaridad alta que contiene glucósidos de flavona de ginkgo; b. cristalización de la fracción de polaridad media obtenida en el paso a) para dar un intermediario con un contenido de ginkgólido de no menos del 50%; c. cristalización de la solución residual obtenida en el paso b) para dar un intermediario con un contenido de bilobalide de no menos del 50%; d. mezclado de la fracción de polaridad alta obtenida en el paso a) con el intermediario de terpeno de ginkgo y el intermediario de bilobalide obtenidos en los pasos b) y c).
