Abstract
Se proveen composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad pesticida a bacterias, plantas, células de plantas, tejidos y semillas. Se proveen composiciones que comprenden una secuencia de codificación de un polipéptido toxina. Las secuencias de codificación pueden ser usadas en construcciones de ADN o cassettes de expresión para la transformación y expresión en plantas y bacterias. Las composiciones además comprenden bacterias, plantas, células de plantas, tejidos y semillas transformadas. En particular, se proveen moléculas de ácido nucleico toxinas aisladas.
