Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad plaguicida a bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas. Se proporcionan composiciones que comprenden una secuencia codificante para un polipéptido de toxina. Las secuencias codificantes se pueden usar en constructos de ADN o casetes de expresión para la transformación y expresión en plantas y bacterias. Las composiciones también comprenden bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos, y semillas transformados. En particular, se proporcionan moléculas de ácidos nucleicos de toxina aisladas.
