Abstract
Composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad plaguicida a bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas. Se proveen composiciones que comprenden una secuencia codificante de un polipéptido de una toxina. Las secuencias codificantes se pueden usar en construcciones de ADN o casetes de expresión para transformar y expresar en plantas y bacterias. Las composiciones también comprenden bacterias, plantas, células vegetales, tejidos y semillas transformadas. En particular, se proporcionan moléculas de ácidos nucleicos aisladas de toxina. Secuencias de aminoácidos que corresponden a los polinucleótidos, y anticuerpos que se unen específicamente a estas secuencias de aminoácidos.
