Abstract
Poliuretano espumado obtenible por la mezcla de a) poliisocianatos, b) compuestos con un peso molecular relativamente elevado que tienen grupos reactivos para con los grupos isocianato, c) partículas sólidas, d) agentes de soplado, e) siendo apropiado, un extensor de cadena, un agente reticulante o mezclas de los mismos, f) siendo apropiado, un catalizador y g) siendo apropiado, otros aditivos para dar una mezcla de reacción y dejar a la misma reaccionar en forma completa, donde la proporción del extensor de cadena es menor al 6% en peso, con base en el peso total de los componentes a) a f), donde el contenido de las partículas sólidas es mayor al 15% en peso, con base en el peso total de los componentes a) a f), y donde la funcionalidad promedio de los compuestos con un peso molecular relativamente elevado que tienen grupos reactivos para con los grupos isocianato es menor que 2,5. Además, un moldeado que comprende un poliuretano espumado de acuerdo con la invención, un proceso para la preparación del poliuretano espumado de acuerdo con la invención y el uso de una moldura de acuerdo con la invención como una suela para calzado.
