Abstract
Una espuma viscoelástica de poliuretano es el producto de reacción de por lo menos un poliol derivado de aceite natural y por lo menos un compuesto aromático que tiene más de un grupo isocianato. Una espuma viscoelástica de poliuretano tiene un flujo de aire de por lo menos aproximadamente 0.5 L/seg, donde la espuma está formada en ausencia sustancial de poliol copolimérico y no ha sido reticulada mecánicamente; y es preparada de preferencia usando por lo menos un poliol derivado de aceite natural; más preferible, en una cantidad de por lo menos alrededor de 20 por ciento en peso de los polioles usados.
