Abstract
La invención proporciona composiciones y métodos de uso en la reprogramación de células somáticas. Las composiciones y métodos de la invención son de uso, por ejemplo para generar o modular (por ejemplo, para mejorar) la generación de células madre pluripotentes inducidas al reprogramar células somáticas. Las células somáticas reprogramadas son útiles para varios propósitos, que incluyen tratar o prevenir una afección médica en un individuo. La invención proporciona además métodos para identificar un agente que reprograma células somáticas a un estado pluripotente y/o mejora la velocidad y/o eficiencia de la reprogramación. Ciertas composiciones y métodos se refieren a modular la ruta de Wnt.
